KC-LW-S feeder

The KC-LW-S feeder is design to provide high accuracy, loss-in-weight feeding of pellets, granules, free flowing powders and other bulk materials..

Design:

Single screw feeder with interchangeable feed screws mounted on C2 scale. The scale is stainless steel and the scale housing is completely enclosed. All material contact parts are stainless steel. The feeder is easily disassembled for cleaning or change over. The unit is supplied with patented feed bowl and move material to the large throat and then to the feed screw.

We also provide feeders that can move easily so that it has flexible position and hadle easily.

The KCC control system allows for individual or multi-unit control. Each feeder has its own control module. Connection between feeder, control modules and operator interface is via industrial network.

KC-LW-T feeder

The KC-LW-T feeder is designed to provide high accuracy and feeding program for a wide variety of materials including poor flowing powders, fibers and flakes.

Design:

Twin screw feeder with interchangeable feed screws is mounted on C2 scale. The scale is stainless steel and the scale housing is completely enclosed. All material contact parts are stainless steel. The feeder is easily disassembled for cleaning or change over. The unit is supplied with patented feed bowl and horizontal agitation to gently move material to the large throat and then to the feed screw. Use vertical agitator to avoid bridge.

The KCC control system allows for individual or multi-unit control. Each feeder has its own control module. Connection between feeder, control modules and operator interface is via industrial network.

KC-LW-P feeder

The KC-LW-P feeder is designed to provide gravimetric feeding of liquid materials.

Design:

Storage tank is mounted on the scale, the material is metered by pump outside of scale. If the temperature of the liauid to be fed must be maintained a constant level, a strip heater or heater transfer oil or water

is used. When using a strip heater, temperature is controlled by thermosat and a safety thermosat. Placed over the strip heater is an insulating layer. The connecting line should be also heated and thermally insulated. When using transfer oil, the tank is double-walled and filled with oil or water.
